Jump5 reunites on December 6th, 2011!
Jump5 (members Chris, Lesley, Brandon, Libby and Brittany) reunited for the first time since 2007 on YouTube. They even returned with joyous news….. Lesley is pregnant!
“EXCITING news I finally get to share with you all…our very own Lesley is PREGNANT!!! We’re about to have our very first little (human) jumper!! God is so good,” stated Brittany via her official Facebook page.
Congratulations to Lesley and her husband!
I was a big fan of Jump5 from the years of 2001-2007. I practically grew up listening to their music! During their career, I brought 3 of the DVDs, all of the CDs (minus the Christmas one), and attended as many concerts as I could when they visited the Chicago area. (note: For one of the concerts, I was a volunteer cashier for the merchandise table. I was able to meet them personally after the show, get their autographs, take photos, and I even received a surprise hug from Chris.)
They were not only talented dancers and all around entertaining performers….. they were amazing gymnasts! NO ONE I repeat NO ONE has ever held a candle to their stage performances. How many singers do you know of that can mix dance, singing and gymnastics in one musical number?
The last concert J5 concert I attended was on October 2007, so that is why I was so excited to see them reunite again. Now the question is, will they ever reunite for another tour in the future?

I was so excited about Jump5’s reunion. Nine years ago, I first discovered their music when some friends brough the all the time in the world DVD to our house. Later that year, my dad coincidentally bought us their first DVD at the Christian bookstore, and it was like God was purposely bringing Jump5 into my life. I was a HUGE fan until the breakup, and when they broke up, I ceremoniously decided to move on to other great Christian artists and that’s when I discovered ZOEgirl, Stacie Orrico, tobyMac, Barlowgirl, Natalie Grant, etc. If it wasn’t for jump5, I wouldn’t know anything about christian music-or music in general. I feel like I grew up with them, and it’s so weird to hear little Lesley is pregnant! I still remember when she posted up her prom photos on jump5.com.

Jump 5, Stacie Orrico, ZOEGirl, Natalie Grant, Rachael Lampa and many more were some of my favorites too. 🙂 Brittany Hargest new solo album is amazing. She is a talented vocalist.
