Since 2011, BTSCelebs has placed a spotlight on the incredible music and theatre district in Chicago and the North Suburbs. There is no question that there’s so much to do within that short radius. However, I’ve noticed that Chicago’s South Burbs has a growing live theatre presence as well. The rookie Theater 47  and veteran The Drama Group seem to be making quite a name for themselves. For the 2019-2020 season alone, they are already securing fan favorite productions for locals.
