This week, the UP tv production team travels up North to begin filming an upcoming holiday film tentatively titled “My One Christmas Wish” starring actress Amber Riley. The family-friendly network released a press release about the movie based on a true story today.
“UP announced today that actress/singer Amber Riley (‘Glee’) has been cast to star – and sing — in the lead role in the original UP Premiere Movie ‘My One Christmas Wish’ (working title), an emotional drama inspired by the real-life story of driven, straight-A college student Jackie Turner, whose loneliness during the holidays drives her to post a heartbreaking want ad for a family at Christmas on craigslist.”
The heart-wrenching film will be apart of the “Everything You Love About Christmas” programming schedule in November.

Kurt Hugo Schneider recently teamed up with MAX and Against The Current for his latest addictive cover. They decided to put a rock spin on Carly Rae Jepsen‘s latest catchy tune “I Really Like You”.
The song originally had an 80s flair. So, I kind of like what they did with it. My only complaint about the video is that there isn’t any chemistry between the lead singers. I want to feel that they really like each other… even if they don’t.
It’s impossible not to get hooked on many of Jepsen’s songs and this cover is no different.

Baby makes three!
Friday morning, Lee Bo Young gave birth to a healthy baby girl in South Korea. Her agency, Will Entertainment, shared the happy news with the media today and a special message from the new mom.
Bo Young said, “Hello, this is actress Lee Bo Young. I was able to give birth to our first healthy child with everyone’s support and love. Although it was a long wait, I am simply thankful to have had a healthy labor. I will try to greet you all through a good production soon. Thank you.”
