“I try really hard to suppress the urges I get to be all sappy and emotional and write long letters expressing my feelings and posting them on twitter. But we all know that never works. 🙂 So here we go: What gets me really excited is that this fandom and us girls, we’re growing up together. From recording our EP in the beginning of this year and having our oWN MUSIC (can’t seem to get over how cool that is), to singing covers and you guys being lovely enough to spread the word and get our favorite artists to see it (cough cough ed sheeran cough cough), to the award shows and experiencing us filling your timelines with tweets in caps lock because oH MY GOD IS THAT KATY PERRY, And you guys coming to the Cher tour and our tour and our acoustic sets and Jingle ball in Madison square garden where I never in a trillion gazillion years thought I could GO, let alone us perform there. And me being an emotional wreck and crying when you sing our song lyrics back to us. I see this year like a movie montage in my head and I see happy tears and laughter and nervous breakdowns and lights and posters and all your beautiful faces. As much as you guys say we’ve changed your lives and helped you, you will never quite know just how much you’ve helped me. So much has happened in just a year. What will happen next year? Who knows? But what I do know is you and us are gonna kick butt together. Let’s make it a good one. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done. Love you always,
