The actress/singer is ending the year with just the right amount of followers. Hilary Duff has been tweeting for months about her upcoming 2014 album release and fans have been following her like crazy for updates.

Today, she tweeted, “4 million followers!!!! what a perfect end for 2013! love you guys! thanks for being here!”
