Brandon Mychal Smith is more than ready for his silver screen debut next month as Little Richard in “Get On Up”. Today, the former Disney star instgrammed a photo of himself on set with a fellow cast member dressed as the star himself.

The quote below accompanied his Instagram photo above: “#GetOnUp in theaters Aug 1st .. My best performance in life . #going4gold #blessed”
