Jessica’s company’s Blanc released a statement on her behalf responding to SM Entertainment official press release yesterday. In her own words, Jessica insists she was forced out of the group by her agency and her fellow Girls Generation members.

“…I was given a notice of departure from Girls’ Generation by the agency on September 29th. I cannot conceal my shocked and upset heart. I’m here to reveal my position.
I have always put Girls’ Generation’s activities before my business or personal life. However, despite my efforts for the team, The agency asked me to leave the team.
While I was planning my business that I’ve had a lot of interest in, I had consulted SM as well as the members about my preparation many times and asked for their understanding.
Until the beginning of August when I was launching ‘BLANC’, I received agreement and permission from SM, and congratulations from the members as well.
In early September, only a month since the launching, the members suddenly changed their position and held a meeting. They told me to either quit my business or leave Girls’ Generation without any justifiable reason.
I explained that I received permission from the agency, that I never neglected…”
