Daniel’s staying fit!

The CBS actor recently revealed another secret to his success…. good ole fashioned exercise. Daniel Henney wrote on his social media account today that he uses his breaktime in a unique way.

Daniel: “Happy Friday…Grabbing a workout in between scenes…so thankful for our on set gym at @crimmindscbs @hsiglobal.”

The international star is currently playing Matt Simmons on “Criminal Minds”, while maintaining his fandom in Asia as well.
