The Bears fought the good fight.
After a tough game in the freezing temps, the Bears had to accept the Packers’ win. The two teams went back and forth and ended with an upsetting score of 33-28.
Even though the Bears will not be advancing into the playoffs, the players are being very good sports with positive messages via social media to their diehard fans. Today, Brandon Marshall summed it all up via his Instagram.

Mandisa (via Facebook):” Many of you saw that I was going to see “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” with my family last night and asked me to share my thoughts. My family all hated it; I think because Ben Stiller was in it they expected more of a comedy. This had funny moments, but I wouldn’t call it a comedy. It felt more artsy and reflective to me. Maybe it was because I had done my homework on “Plugged In” that I actually kinda dug it. There was a scene in the movie that made me ponder a bit. I don’t want to spoil it so I’ll just say that a photographer had a camera posed to capture a picture of an animal one rarely sees. When the animal appeared, the photographer stared at it in awe. When asked why he wasn’t taking the photo he responded by saying that sometimes when he is so moved by a moment he doesn’t like the distraction of a camera. He just wants to stay in the moment. Perhaps it was because I had been surrounded by my teenage nieces and nephews snapping selfies, group pics, and videos all day to post on Instagram, Snap Chat, Twitter, etc., that this struck me so deeply. I realized that I was in a nearly empty movie theater surrounded by my family, and years from now we’ll all be laughing about that one night when we all piled into a car to see that “horrible movie” that no one but Aunt Disa liked. I’m heading back to Nashville this weekend, but I am vowing to breathe in each memory with my family while I’m here. You never know what tomorrow holds, and I don’t want to take a single moment for granted.”
