A year before Psy took the world by storm with his “Gangnam Style“, BTSCelebs conducted a little poll called Do you want to see a regular Kpop feature in People, UsWeekly, JustJared, etc? 

This was off the heels of BTSCelebsCEO covering the Wonder Girls tour in 2010 and years of volunteering and interning for top English language K-Pop sites.

Do I still believe in this poll today? Of Course, I do!

K-Pop has more influence today than it did in 2011. I contacted the publications/online news outlets listed above and even more in 2011. BTSCelebs will continue to believe this genre has a bright future in the USA. I think Gangnam Style’s almost 2 billion views on YouTube is a great indicator.
