Book Review: Margaret Feinberg’s “Live Fearless”

Live Fearless_mck.indd

Author Margaret Feinberg wants her audience to truly rest in the Lord for her latest activity book. Her adult coloring book “Live Fearless” tells Christian readers to quit focusing on fear, but trust completely in God’s power their lives.

Feinberg encourages everyone to color and sketch to their heart’s content, while using the bible verses in each picture to lead their personal bible study with God. Staying in the lines and aiming for perfection should not be your goal. Being creative, distressing and communicating with God are the goals she hopes her artistic audience achieves.

Personally, I think the overall message is very inspiring, and the black and white photos of the great outdoors would make great artwork for anyone’s home when colorized. The only complaint I have is that the vary translations of the bible make some well-known verses very hard to follow. It’s confusing at times…so keep your own personal Holy Bible handy when reading through the book.

*BTSCelebs thanks Bethany House for the complimentary copy of the book.*
