South Korea media’s US branch MNET America is hosting a Pre-Grammy party tonight at East West Studios in Los Angeles.
Images of Korean American K-Pop singer Ailee arriving at the airport and on the red carpet were shared online. MNET’s and Koreaboo’s official Facebook Pages and MNET America’s Instagram were the main avenues for the photos.

When K-pop group f(x) is not performing, the members participate in a variety of activities. F(x)’s Victoria attended the 2013 S / S Fashion week in Seoul today and sported very unique heels.
The brightly colored stained glass heels were a stark contrast to the rest of her black shoe boot. Dispatch took photos of the star mesmerizing the press with her striking heels.

Have you been anticipating POPSEOUL’s return?
POPSEOUL.com disappeared off the K-pop map in September of 2011. Since then, readers have continued to flock to the once popular South Korean entertainment news and gossip website that hit the online airwaves in 2007.
On January 23rd, BTSCelebs spoke with the founder of the controversial pop site, Jemi Choi. She gave me the 411 on the future of POPSEOUL.
Will it return? What happened to it? What was up with one week notification of the site returning?
To answer those questions, Jemi Choi stated the following:
“I am no longer running popseoul as a news source. I will be revamping it into something different…”
SHINee to Release “Dream Girl” in February
SHINee is bright in Kpop!
My favorite K-pop boy band will be releasing their 3rd full length album “Dream Girl” this month. Their 3rd project of its kind in K-pop is scheduled to be their first release in 11 months. “Dream Girl”( the title track) is a SHINee styled dance track.
Key’s album photos were released to the press today in South Korea.

Girls Generation member Im YooNa took a dark old school turn. Her ensemble in the October 2012 issue of BAZAAR Korea reminded me of the style of the late 1990s. Her black midriff, leather jacket and skirt was the right mixture for any pop star of the past. The K-pop star hailing from South Korea channeled 90s pop stars to create a current trend.
The two ladies have showcased two very different versions of upscale evening wear.

Ozzie Guillen Was The Matchmaker for Kenny Williams, Fiancee
“Yes it is a ring on my finger. Kenny and I were engaged on Christmas Eve. Thanks for the happy wishes,” states Zoraida Sambolin on Facebook.
Executive Vice President of the White Sox Kenny Williams is currently engaged to Zoraida Sambolin. The CNN Early Start anchor spilled the beans to Sports Divas Inc about Ozzie Guillen being their indirect matchmaker.
“We started dating after he returned from spring training (in Arizona) in April of 2010 after many long hours on the phone… Ironically, we can thank Ozzie [ former manager for the Chicago White Sox] for the introduction. We met at Ozzie’s Salsa and Stars event in Chicago, which I was hosting.”
To date, the wedding date has not been disclosed.

Skating after the wedding!
Newlywed Michelle Kwan made one of her first appearances after her wedding at the 2013 Pyeongchang Special Olympics World Winter Games in Korea. She was joined by fellow Olympic gold medalist/figure skater Kim Yu Na.
The two skaters were apart of the games closing ceremony yesterday with performances on ice. They skated to the tunes of Mariah Carey’s “Hero” and a medley of pop songs (including Psy’s “Gangnam Style”).
Chosun shared images of the ice princesses during their routines.
