Meggings. Justin Bieber and Lenny Kravitz are sporting them, but who rocked the trend before 2013?

Men’s tights have been around since Medieval Times and snug pants took the world by storm in the “Leave It To Beaver” (1960s) and the entire entertainment industry in the 1980s.

However, K-Pop is the one of the only industries in modern times that have proudly styled in heavy makeup and meggings for men. What are two great examples? Choi Siwon’s new look for Super Junior M‘s new “Break Down” promotions and SHINee‘s 2009 “Juliette” attire.

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder and his new wife Samantha tweeted the most hilarious behind the scenes wedding image, I had to share it.

The message came from his new wife ESPN reporter Samantha Steele. On December 31st, she shared this retweet (from fellow ESPN sports journalist David Pollack)  along with the image above

SHINee Lands Male Group of the Year Award + Holiday Photo

My favorite foreign boy band has won another award for their super talent!

K-Pop group SHINee won the Male Group of the Year Award from SBS MTV Best of the Best. They were among many other winners (namely: Super Junior, f(x), 2PM‘s WooYoung, etc..). Fans voted online for their favorite musical acts thru the SBS MTV Korea and Daum websites.

A SBS MTV staff member tweeted the good news and the photo above on his twitter today.

BoA and Choi Si Won: Christmas Couple

This Christmas, the two SM Entertainment labelmates shared two very different messages.

BoA tweeted a religious image of the Christian nativity scene (Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus Christ), while Choi Si Won took the mainstream approach and shared his own version of Santa.

Many music lovers know the two K-pop stars are just good friends and this particular holiday they switched roles. (note: Si Won is the very devout Christian.) Nonetheless, you can check out their fun Christmas behind-the-scenes right here on BTSCelebs!
