Girls Generation and Fifth Harmony got the goods in the style department!
The girls from the east and west are on two very different wavelengths when it comes to appearance. Girls Generation, who just released their hit project “I Got A Boy”, channeled 2011 and the 1980s and early 1990s with their sexy/hip hop babysitters club ensembles. The mid-drift shirts of the 90s didn’t bother me when S Club 7 wore it, but it may be inappropriate for teens and nerve racking to wear for weight conscious adults.
You have to literally be a size 2-8 and be very active in the gym to pull off the “I Got A Boy” look. Bright colors and rainbow color hair are the key to nailing it.
The X Factor’s Fifth Harmony, who recently signed with Sony/Syco brings classic yet modern chic to the forefront.
Their styles varied the fashion spectrum for girls of all shapes and sizes. Every week in the fall of 2012, Fifth Harmony took center stage in short shorts, bright colors, evening gowns and even a little rated G version of Katy Perry bubblegum colors. The key to nailing their look is expressing yourself and finding what you feel comfortable in. They have a touch of glamour in each look .
