Wedding Bells are ringing in Bollywood!

Legendary filmmaker Aditya Chopra and daring actress Rani Mukerji said their “I dos“ during a private ceremony in Italy yesterday. Yash Raj Films shared the wonderful marriage news about the “Dhoom 3″ producer and his lady love via their official website.

“We are happy to announce that Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji got married last night on 21st April in Italy. The wedding was a very small intimate affair with very close family and friends.”

Book Review: Julianna Deering’s “Death By The Book”

A true criminal can be the most harmless one.

Julianna Deering‘s second book in the Drew Farthering mystery series is much better than the first. A total of four extremely innocent people are murdered in “Death By The Book” by a person who uses two things, hatpins and quotes from classic literature. Drew, Nick and his doting girlfriend Madeline are stumped on who could possibly kill three men and a woman from four drastically different backgrounds.

Drew takes it upon himself to personally discover who is behind the murders. In the process, the readers get sucked into a world full of suspicious colorful characters with their own agendas. However, the murderer even went as far as to consider killing his beloved girlfriend.

I’m not a fan of murder mysteries, but “Death By The Book” proved to be an intriguing novel that kept me guessing until the very end. I would have never guessed who the true person behind the murders were…. not in a million years.

Book Update: Memoir Complete

After months of writing, I can say I have finished writing draft #1! I’m calling it a draft because….. now its time for reviewing and editing.  Nonetheless, the skeleton is properly constructed, and the outline of my life story is all there.

The real decisions are yet to be made. I’m trying to weight out the options of literary agent, or self publishing. There seems to be some red tape with the agent, yet self publishing will take a pretty penny.

“Rio 2” Scores Big in India

Animated South American birds are all the rage in the East.

This weekend, the people of India proved their love of family friendly animation by helping “Rio 2“ rank as the third most popular Hollywood movie to open in the country.

According to Bollywood Life, youngsters adored the characters almost as much as Ice Age 4. Rio 2 raked in enough dough to place second behind the Ice film as the most popular animated film of all time.

While America were enjoying the Marvel Comics world of Captain America, India enjoyed the upbeat cartoon world Rio.
