Hanson is celebrating their 20th year anniversary!

On January 7th, Hanson tweeted a BTS photo of themselves and some of Hollywood and music’s best at their music video filming set.

Below was the message that accompanied their photo on Facebook:

Celebs Kat Dennings, Drew Seeley, Alex Beh, Amy Paffrath, American Idol finalist Paul Mcdonald and his wife Nikki Reed, and Adam Neustadter are all featured in the image.

I was a huge fan of Hanson growing up, but I had no idea they were this big behind the scenes!

The American Idol season 7 contestant and now CCM recording artist, Jason Castro, is being acknowledged on Billboard.com. The site did an article about him titled “615 Spotlight: Jason Castro Moves ‘Mountain'”. The singer tweeted all about the article via Twitter on January 4th.

Brenda Song Is The “New Girl” on “Scandal”

Disney star Brenda Song is making her rounds in the network TV world!

Recently, Brenda secured recurring guest star roles on Fox’s “New Girl” and ABC’s “Scandal”. She will portray Daisy ( Lamorne Morris’s character love interest on “New Girl”) and actor Joshua Malina confirmed via Twitter that she will return as David’s assistant on “Scandal”.

I was a fan of Disney Channel’s “Suite Life on Deck” and many of Brenda’s shows in her adolescent years (“Get a Clue”, “7th Heaven”, etc…), however, I wish she would stay with her family oriented programs. She is a talented actress that chooses her roles wisely and I hope her acting chops shine thru on these particular programs.

What is the ultimate Behind-the Scenes image?  Behind the stars!

New York Jets Quarterback Tim Tebow spent his New Years at the Sugar Bowl this week. He showed support to his college football team that helped take him to pro football status. On January 2nd, Tim tweeted himself on the sidelines with two of his heroes, Danny Wuerffel and Emmitt Smith.

“Hanging with two of my heroes & Gator greats, Danny Wuerffel &@EmmittSmith22….All in all, it was a great season for the Gators. Congrats to Coach Strong on a big win for his program. Great coach & even better person,” he tweeted.

As America waits for his next leading lady….I think the perfect lady for him is already taken.

Nonetheless, all the best to him in the future.

Demi Lovato loves her fans and she continues to show it via social media. On January 3rd, the singer/actress/”X Factor” judge tweeted the following sweet message:

“Sometimes, I just read my @replies and cry. My fans are SO good to me… It’s magical.. I love you all. ❤”

What about the new music? When she celebrated 2013, Demi shared the sneek peak message below of fresh music in the new year:

“Rang in the New Year last night in Mexico having a dance party to my new music with my best friends.. I’d say that’s a pretty awesome NYE ❤”

I enjoyed her acting in “Sonny With A Chance”, “Camp Rock” and you have to admit she has the singing chops! I look forward to new Demi music in 2013!

A little known fact… I auditioned for American Idol the season Lee DeWyze won. I didn’t make it very far in the competition, but we are both from the Chicago area. Chicago represented in season 9!

Walter Payton‘s daughter spent her time off with her fiance Jordan Benson (and probably the rest of her family) in sunny California. The “Chicago’s Best” host shared a BTS image via her Facebook on January 2nd.
