Album Review: Tina Campbell’s “It’s Personal”
Mrs. Campbell took me to church!
“Tina’s “It’s Personal” is a pure Worship album where you feel like you are literally in the middle of an anointed church service. The Mary Mary member brings her beloved mom, hubby and children along in special features throughout the album… even the legendary Stevie Wonder joins in on the praise!
Bravo to Tina Campbell for an exceptional debut project. Every song has deep spiritual meaning, and it’s very hard to choose the stand out tracks. However, I will say my favorites are Stevie’s duet with “Love Love Love” and her mom’s, aka Honey. feature on “I’m Everything With Ya”. The songs remind listeners of God’s love for Christians and our devotion to Him. He controls everything, and circumstances are designed to work out for our good.
My only complaint about this amazing collection is that the Grammy Award Winner didn’t sing Jesus Christ’s full name. I would have loved to hear his full Holy name in the powerful songs.

Sarah Jakes Roberts announced the big news…. that she is pregnant! She shared the heartwarming news with her fans and fellow One Church family via Facebook today.
“So Touré Roberts and I had a very special first time visitor today at One Church LA. Grateful for all the love and prayers our new addition is already receiving,” the First Lady wrote alongside a photo of her ultrasound.

Who knew someone could take a selfie with a coffee cup?

Natalie Grant Explains Why She Posed in a Swimsuit for “First For Women” Mag
A few days ago, I was utterly shocked when I saw Christian recording artist Natalie Grant wearing a swimsuit on the cover of a magazine. The beachwear wasn’t revealing, but I was taken aback that a wife and mother (who is a pillar in the Christian music world) wearing so little on the front of the mag.
Natalie must have read my mind because she wrote a long explanation via Facebook about the reason she decided to pose for the mag.
“Excited to be on the cover of First for Women magazine, which just hit news stands. Super honored to be only the 2nd Christian artist they have ever featured on the cover. The first was Amy Grant. They must like our last name.
With a larger circulation than People magazine, when they first asked me I said “YES!” But then I learned it would be a summer issue and I was asked to be in a bathing suit. My first reaction was “NO! No no no no no no!” But then honestly, I prayed about it. Having spent the last year making radical changes in my diet and my overall perspective, I thought maybe this was an opportunity I should not pass up. So then I had a list of parameters, which I thought they might not agree to.
1. One piece only
2. Must be completely modest.
3. Can’t be a crazy amount of photoshop used to make me look way younger or thinner than I am. Gotta be the real me…..”

Nickelodeon’s “Make It Pop” Needs to Cast Booboo Stewart
Nick’s “Make It Pop” quickly became one of my favorite TV shows this year, and I can’t wait until season 2 premieres! I remember reading online that many viewers were anxious for a handsome Asian guy to be paired up with one of the leading ladies in season 1. My first choice would have been SHINee…. because I’ve been a big fan of theirs for quite while. Realistically on the Hollywood acting front, I really believe cutie pie Booboo Stewart would be a fabulous guest star on the show.
I loved him in “Like A Country Show” (even though he deserved much more screen time) and he reminds me slightly of Jason Scott Lee in one of my all time favorite films “The Jungle Book”. The “Descendants” actor has that great mixed blood line that can play a variety of roles, and I really want to see him take the stage with XO-IQ.
Nickelodeon and Disney need to join forces and make it happen!

Dancers James Floyd and Girlfriend, Alexandra Malleval, Open Website Dedicated to Artistic Passion
