My hometown and my friends from abroad went head to head in the best baseball game of the season today.

Jackie Robinson West brought pride back to Chicago that hasn’t been seen since President Obama was re-elected President of the USA. The Young Men gave it their all until the end of the 6th inning. South Korea won the title of 2014 World Series champs with a score of 8-4, but both of these extraordinarily talented players deserved to be recognized for their hard work and determination.

Congratulations to South Korea on their win!

Congratulations to Jackie Robinson West on becoming national champions and making Chicago proud!

Book Review: Kristy Moody’s “Neewollah Murder”

Murder at the lowest degree.

My first fiction book centers around a street named Neewollah. Kris Purse is mistaken for a witness to a horrific murder that puts her life, as well as, the life of others in danger. She and NG Theo Adams are faced with the deadliest criminals during the scariest time of year.

The story is based on true life events. Most of the action actually happened in real life, but the outcome is purely fiction. I recommend this book to anyone who desires a thrill. You have the opportunity to see Halloween from a different point of view and why it could be more dangerous than you imagine.

The book’s tag line should read in the words of Viper, “Trick or Crack”

Double Take Honors Disney with Incredible Cover Video

YoutTube stars Don Nguyen and Brian Luu are charming their way into viewers hearts once again with a well produced Disney cover video. Book Review: Julianna Deering’s “Murder At The Mikado”

Julianna Deering’s third book in the Drew Fathering series titled “Murder At The Mikado” is a good read for someone who wants to be immersed in the lives of actors in the 1930s. This book focused solely on actors, and their characters on and off the stage. Julianna shows us that actors find it hard to separate reality from fantasy when it comes to matters of the heart.

An impending scandal is the reason for the first murder, but the ones that follow are a true mystery to Drew, Nick and Madeline. The person they least expect is behind them all.

If you are a fan of “fantasy” classic theatre and want a clean thrill on paper, “Murder At The Mikado” is the perfect book for you.
