Thinking Man Films, RevelationMedia, and Fathom Events plan to bring the first in a series of films about the churches referenced in the biblical book of Revelation, according to a press release from Biscuit Media Group.
“The 7 Churches of Revelation: Times of Fire”, which is scheduled to be released in October, is a documentary highlighting Christophe Hanauer and acclaimed global scholars investigation into the letters written to the 7 churches and linking it to modern times. Christophe is a well known French Christian Producer and the founder of Millennium Productions (part of the Thinking Man Films family).
In the documentary, Christophe travels to the island of Patmos to walk in the apostle John’s shoes. John experienced the holy vision there and wrote the book of Revelation in that location.
Producer/Director Timothy Mahoney: “For centuries, there has been a profound mystery surrounding the meaning of the Book of Revelation. We are honored to share Christophe’s film with an English-speaking audience, so Americans can experience these scriptures from a historic, educational perspective, breaking down the messages given by Christ to each of the churches referenced and seeing how it applies to our lives today. At a time when we are living with much uncertainty, this film asks one of the greatest questions of all, “Are you ready?”

“The 7 Churches of Revelation: Times of Fire” will be released in select theaters for two nights only on October 11th and the 12th.
